About Harmonia Ensemble
Founded in 2024, Harmonia is a Singapore based voluntary, not for profit community wind ensemble dedicated to bringing wind band music and activities to the wider public. We envision a community where wind band is recognised as an accessible and lifelong musical activity, open to people of all ages and backgrounds. Through performances, outreach initiatives, and opportunities for participation, we aim to inspire more people to discover wind band, pick up an instrument, and experience the joy of making music together. In doing so, Harmonia seeks to contribute to a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable wind band culture in Singapore.
Harmonia began as an ensemble for wind band players united by a shared love of music. Formed in September 2024, we stepped into the community with two vibrant performances at PLQ Square, bringing wind music into the heart of the city.
